Dayspring Parent Meetings 2011-2012

September 12, 2011

Topic: “How Do You Get It All Done?”
Do you feel like you are in a circus act, trying to keep all the “plates” spinning?? The “plates” being your homeschool day, laundry, house cleaning, grocery shopping, meal planning…..and the list goes on. Take a deep breath and know that you are not alone. Each homeschool family faces the same challenges and more! Join other homeschool parents as we talk about “how” to manage the day-to-day responsibilities. We will have break-out sessions to discuss the “hot” topics (those voted most challenging by the attendees). We’ll also have a panel of seasoned homeschool moms to respond to some of the questions you submit. This will be a time of encouragement and support. Questions? Email Karen Shinn skshinn@gmail.com

October 10, 2011

Topic: "Newbie Night"
Are you a new homeschooler? Feeling overwhelmed or isolated? Just want to touch base with others who recently started homeschooling? Or ask some veteran homeschoolers about practical tips now that you've gotten in to it? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this meeting is just for you!!! Questions? Email Karen Shinn skshinn@gmail.com
